What are the show hours?
Sat 10:30am – 5pm
Sun 11:30am – 4pm
VIP Entry Sat 10am and Sun 11am
How many badges come with each table?
Each table/booth receives 1 exhibitor wristband and one regular wristband for an aide. Any additional wristbands must be purchased online or at the box office at regular price.
Can I split my booth/table with another artist/vendor?
No. Table splitting is expressly prohibited. Anyone caught violating this policy will be removed without refund.
How big are the Vendor booths?
-All VENDOR booths are 10ft x 10ft. All vendor tables are 8ft x 2 1/2 ft. Each booth comes with one table and 1 chair. Vendor Corner booths come with 2 tables. Note: We do not provide curtains or tablecloths. Displays can be no more than 10ft high.
ARTIST ALLEY TABLES
How big are the Artist Alley tables?
-All artist alley tables are 6ft x 2 1/2 ft and include a very slim section of space behind for signage, etc. Displays can be no more than 10ft high. No additional shelving or grid wall is allowed behind the table.
Can I pick my table location?
Sorry due to the size of the show we don’t do table requests.
Can I give out flyers?
Everyone is welcome to give out flyers at their table. No “barking” or handing out flyers outside of your designated space. There is no flyer table at the event.
PARKING AND FERRY
Is there a charge to park?
Yes. There is paid parking for the convention center.
Can I take the ferry across?
Yes! Check out the ferry schedule HERE
